I have been looking for a way to hook up my iPod to my factory head unit. I have been researching and found a company called Peripheral Electronics. They create gateways that allows you to hook up iPod directly to factory head unit and browse through songs, artists, albums, etc using the buttons on the head unit. It will also charge your iPod at the same time. Anyone else heard of this? i thought it was pretty nice.

I've been looking myself for some way to connect my Sirius Stiletto directly, and I came across the same company. I was told that the CD/AUX button works different when you get something connected to it. I'm still trying to find reviews to make sure it works before dropping the money on it. Right now I use the FM output from my Sirius but the volume is very low. That company was recommended to me by a friend who installs stereos on the side and I normally trust his advice. Let me know if you have any luck.

i have one of these units on my Envoy. I had it on my previous 03 tahoe and just transferred it. Works great!
