Exclamation Door Noise

I have a 2002 Envoy and whenever it is windy, there is a huge amount of wind noise and whistles coming from the drivers door. Has anyone had this problem and can it be adjusted>?

I found my gasket around the door frame was not snug. It helped a little but not much

Default driver side wind noise

I rolled the window down, and put my knee in the door panel and jerked-flexed the door frame in being carefull not to break the window frame off, this is what a man at the body shop told me to do and no more wind noise. It works very well I now have no wind noise.

all you have to do is take the door seal off each door frame buy 20 feet of 5/16 of clear rubber hose you will need some sort of lubrication and a fish tape. when you look at the end of the seal you will see a hole in the seal running the full length of the seal, feed the fish tape through the hole all the way to the other end of the seal. lube up the clear rubber hose and attach it to the fish tape and then pull the clear hose through the hole in the seal. trim excess clear hose off and replace the seal on the vehicle. What this does is it expands the seal and prevents the soft rubber seal from collapsing easy thus creating a stiffer seal between the door and the door frame.

Tools and supplies needed

1: fish tape
2: some type off lube ( oil, vaseline)
3: 20 feet of 5/16 clear rubber hose per door frame
4: Utility Knife
