Built in compass

My compass on my rearview minor seems to have an issue pointing west. I travel in that direction a lot and it never shows west. Only Southwest.

Anybody ever had this problem?

Have you tried calibrating the compass? You can put the compass in cal mode and let it calibrate it's self, it takes about a week or you can go to a parking lot and drive in circles 5 or 6 times and it will calibrate then. The procedure is in the owners manual.
