Envoy mirror turning signal light doesn't work after replacement

I'm the owner of 2004 Envoy SLT XL, I just replaced my driver side mirror, but the mirror turning signal doesn't work after replacement, the control center doesn't remember the mirror setting either. Does anyone know why?
