Default Maintenance questions

Ours is 2003 2wd SLE XL with 115K. Lots of fluid changes and tlc when needed. We did the brakes and alignments, etc.
Curious about proactive things to do over 100k. Ex: struts, or the fan clutch again, or what about the timing belt. I thought this enigne had a rubber type timing belt. When should we get this changed.

Glad to see this forum starting up again.

Smile Timing Belt

I'm not sure, but I'm pretty certain the 4.2 engine does not use a timing belt, as I have found no maintenance intervals listed. Please advise if otherwise.

Default Maintenance ?s

Thanks LY1980. No service info; good deal. I thought the 4.2 was an overhead cam motor. I've heard of other OHC engines breaking a timing belt, causing much damage.
We are still on the original plugs. Has anyone done an over 100K service?
If so, did dealer do it (how much), or can I do it. Other than fluids, what gets attention on the 100k service.

Thanks.
