Wiring Harness for the rear tow hitch

I recently rented a UHaul trailer to help move a TV for a friend of mine. When I got everything squared away, I found out that the 98 Envoys did not come with a pre-wired towing harness.

Where do I get the harness, and is there a diagram to help me hook it up?
