Default Factory Fog light mounting location?

Several weeks ago, while driving on a 2 lane state highway, a tractor trailer coming from the opposite direction had a large piece of ice blow off from the top of the trailer. Of course it ended up directly in my path - and I struck it while it was still in the air, but only when it was about 8 - 12 inches off the ground. It trashed my driver side fog light and drove the bottom front edge of the plastic wheel well against the tire. I pulled the wheel well back away from the tire and it "popped" back into place (no cracks, etc.). I disconnected what was left of the fog light as it hung from the wiring harness a couple of inches above the ground.

I need to find out to what it is that the light attaches. I've seen replacement parts online to purchase, bumpers, bumper skins, etc. None of the parts offered for sale look like there is anything that supports the fog light. Looking at the front of my '04 Envoy, the hole for the fog light allows viewing of the wheel well. Is there some part that goes between the metal bumper and possibly filler material and the bumper skin that provides support for the fog light?

TIA

if you look at the other side (passenger side) that is not broke, that would answer your question...

You could always take it to a body shop that advertises "free estimates". They will tell you what is needed, and maybe even give you part numbers.
