If you need to give your rims a quick cleaning, I use Meguiars Quik Wheel Detailer Mist & Wipe, this stuff is amazing. Breaks down brake dust and dirt off of your rims right away without pulling out the bucket and hose.
To clean the interior I use Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer Wipes. These work great and they don't leave that nasty residue Armor All wipes leave behind.
If you have any annoying stains on your floormats I would recommend using Meguiars Quik Out Carpet Stain Remover, it is a proven winner. (Coffee, ketchup, oil, dirt, etc...)
I have never polished my rims but after finding Meguiars Hot Rims Chrome Polish, you better believe I will be using this and once I do, I will let you guys know how well it works.
I am also going to test out Meguiars PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner & Polish, I have always used the Cleaner Wax for my headlights, fog lights, and tail lights but I am sure this stuff works better. I will also update on how well this product works.
And lastly for the windows, for some reason I haven't tried any Meguiars product here, ever since I found Invisible Glass. This stuff is great.
I hope everyone finds this useful. Please let me know if I was able to help you in any way, Thanks
I agree that Meguiars makes some good stuff, and use their cleaner and carnuba waxes. For maintenance waxing, I use Dupont Teflon Wax, which is amazingly easy to use, and produces quite a shine.
On the interior I use the Dupont Teflon Interior Protectant, because it is not too glossy, and does a superior job of repelling dust, etc.
I use Lexor Leather conditioner spray on the seats, which gives them a deep color, and softens the leather really well.
On the tires I use a variety of shines, but have found the Advance Auto brand to produce a nice shine, which stays on for a long time, even through washes.
Here are a few things in my personal mini-detail shop... Armor All for the dash and plastic trim, Tire Wet to make the tires shine, some specialized Armor all Leather wipes (cleaning towelettes for leather), and a bottle of leather cream (conditioner). For the outside I have a few different waxes...I like Zymol cleaner wax, and then follow it up with some Meguiar's carnauba wax for that finishing shine. Also of course I have some spray window cleaner (non streaking) called Invisible Glass.
i use a few diffrent things. armor all for the interior -dash, ice car polish for the paint and meguiar's wet tire shine. oh and cant forget the gunk cleaner for the engine bay once a month.
